Chris Newman is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Bringing his analytical background to the real estate industry, Chris’ attention to detail enables him to provide his clients with unparalleled service. While working with buyers and sellers, Chris makes it a priority to educate his clients along the way and explain every step of the process so no one is left in the dark. Chris specializes in investment real estate and is adept at performing rate of return analysis for clients and consulting on transactions both large and small. In his free time, Chris enjoys camping in the Adirondacks. He is also the head coach of Cornell University’s club hockey team. A Syracuse native, Chris is an active member of the community and enjoys showing his clients the best Syracuse has to offer.
