Our broker REQUIRES buyer clients to show proper identification. It is important to us that our buyers are real, ready and willing. If a buyer refuses to verify their identity, we won’t bring them into your house. And that’s a promise!
Our broker also requires that any buyer clients of ours will have proof of funds in the form of a pre-approval letter from a lender, or formal written letter from fund holder, prior to being shown any properties. It is a professional standard that we firmly believe in, for two reasons- we don’t want our buyers falling in love with a property that they simply cannot afford. This leads to disappointment, and our goal is satisfaction! We also value time. Our agents have families and lives outside of real estate. We choose not to take time away from their families unless our buyers are ready to purchase a home. We believe that it is our responsibility to guide our buyers through the process from start to finish. We are here to help our buyers get that pre-approval letter. We meet with our buyers for a complete consultation to make sure that we are meeting their expectations right from the start!
